The EI Membership Program
In addition to the EI Roundtable itself, the EI Program includes a number of important, valuable benefits for its members. The entire program includes:
- Monthly Roundtables--professionally facilitated, problem solving sessions with your group of up to fifteen executive directors. Sessions run for a half-day and are scheduled to fit into your busy life. For example, many of our meetings are scheduled on weekday afternoons from 2:30pm - 7:30pm to help members avoid rush hour.
- Monthly Executive Sessions--in-between the roundtables you will participate in a conference call with three other members and your facilitator for an intimate and in-depth experience. Your "Executive Committee" will come to know the ins and outs of your business with great understanding, creating opportunities for a deeper and more thoughtful exchange. Importantly, it provides a forum to refine issues and address urgent concerns.
- One-on-One Consulting--every quarter you will meet with your facilitator for an in-depth review of your company. Your facilitator will give you feedback on your issues and progress, and help you chart a plan to achieve your strategic priorities.
- Professional Service Providers and Networking Events--through the EI Affiliate Network, you'll have access to experts and service providers. Finally, you'll get the opportunity to meet members from all of EI's programs at the quarterly social networking events.
