The Entrepreneurs Institute designed a special roundtable just for executive directors, chief executives, and presidents of nonprofit organizations. These sessions are designed to tackle the critical issues nonprofit organizations encounter, such as quantifying outcomes, working with boards, and dealing with employees. In addition to these issues, an important recurring theme revolves around how to become self-sustaining and diversify revenue streams.
