    Get Started - Get started by signing up for the $1 trial. Your fist mission will to fill out a 10-minute survey to tell us more about your fitness goals and preferences. This will help us create a custom program built just for you.

    Get Acquainted - Learn the CRUNCHFIT system for fitness, nutrition, or both so you can follow it to get shredded. We'll send you a program via email that outlines the system so get started immediately.

    Test Yourself - Next we need to understand your current level of fitness so you'll have to complete a baseline workout. You'll have to complete a baseline fitness test (also a great workout!). This will help us understand your needs.

    Get Ripped - Alright, you've got the hard stuff out of the way. We'll start delivering your daily live-streaming workout to your inbox or internet-TV. Do the workout, follow the meal plan and get ripped!

    At the beginning of every week you will receive a new meal plan with your weekly meals planned out. The plan is carefully designed to jumpstart your metabolism.

    You have the option of tracking your progress every day with our fitness journal, which will give you a better understanding of where you are and how to improve.

  • Personal Trainer

    Food & Fitness Journal

    This is a premium plan that allows you to work directly with a personal trainer, who will design a custom program just for you and hold you accountable over phone calls or email.

    Like the fitness journal, you have the option of tracking your nutritional intake every day with our food journals. If you have a trainer he or she will review this with you weekly.
