Our Beginnings

Matt Sand

CRUNCHFIT has been the obsession of a man on a mission - Matt Sand has been working in fitness since he was 12 years-old when he started teaching karate at a local dojo. Matt was also in the Air Force. During boot camp, he had the highest physical fitness score of the entire camp. He is an avid runner, and has a passion for helping others get in the best shape of their lives. Matt is a two-time national Tae Kwon Do champion, ran a successful fitness bootcamp, and is a Certified Personal Trainer.

Matt has been training people in one sport or another for the last two decades. Just when you think you can't push any harder Matt will help you reach new peaks.

Bobby Lady

Bobby has been a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor. Bobby served in the military for over six years. He spent some time in Iraq and Afghanistan, and he likes to bring a lot of intensity to CRUNCHFIT.

Dale Klinger

Dale has competed nationally in endurance events, both for running and cycling. He is known to bring the pain, so prepare yourself for his challenging workouts.
