About iPalpiti Artists International
Among the programs of iPalpiti Artists International, its annual Festival of International Laureates in Los Angeles is emerging as one of the nation's most significant music festivals and the subject of international accolades. The prestigious journal STRAD devoted numerous enthusiastic coverage, and the Los Angeles Times acclaimed the Festival's "take-your-breath-away demonstrations of musicianship and technique."
Featuring selected prize-winning young professional musicians from around the globe in the iPalpiti Orchestral Ensemble under the direction of Eduard Schmieder, the Festival encourages artists to find their "own voice," performing as iPalpiti Soloists in solo and chamber ensemble concerts. iPalpiti has been invited to many international destinations, has performed in the Concertgebouw (Amsterdam), Carnegie Zankel Hall (New York), Nikkei Hall (Tokyo), Mozarteum Grosse Hall (Salzburg), YMCA Jerusalem, Walt Disney Concert Hall (Los Angeles), and invited resident ensemble in Carinthia, Slovenia, Poland, Israel, and Martha Argerich Festival (Beppu, Japan).
iPalpiti Artists International offers underwriting opportunities to corporations, foundations and individuals who wish to associate themselves with one of Los Angeles' great cultural events, one that celebrates classical music through international cooperation and the inspiration of youthful talent. A variety of different options are offered, from an exclusive underwriting of the entire Festival 2009 to the "adoption" of an individual young artist.
iPalpiti Artists International is a non-profit, humanitarian organization that stands on the belief that "music is the spiritual factor which brings people together and unites them irrespective of religion and culture, appealing to sublime senses."
Its mission creates a cultural network of the future and international understanding.
