The Venture Initiation Program provides direction for aspiring business owners embarking on their entrepreneurial journey. Key questions that every entrepreneur should ask before starting the business are addressed. Business ideas are tested and refined throughout the 4-week period, helping to reduce costly mistakes or misdirection. Participants gain a better understanding of what lies on the road ahead and what essential steps should be taken as they begin the process.
